Mount Zion Lodge Masonic Temple is a Masonic lodge building located at 304 E. Main St. in West Plains, Missouri. It was built in 1933. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 2011.[1][2]

It's an "austere" Classical Revival building with Tuscan pilasters, designed by architect Rudolph Zerse Gill.[2]
